About these terms
flavormart.in is operated by Flavormart, Kozhikode, Kerala, India. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Orders
Adding items to the cart does not create a contract. An order exists only once you have confirmed it with us on WhatsApp and we have confirmed availability back to you. We may decline or adjust an order where stock has run out or a price is wrong.
Prices
Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and are for the retail pack size listed. Wholesale and bulk rates are quoted separately against quantity — see the wholesale page. Prices can change without notice; the price that applies is the one confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of ordering. Delivery charges are quoted before payment.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Payment is made by UPI, bank transfer or cash against the confirmed order. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are indicative — natural products such as nuts, dry fruits and spices vary in colour and size between lots. Packaging and branding from our suppliers may change. Where an exact grade matters, ask before ordering and we will confirm the current lot.

Allergens and suitability
Our products are handled in a facility that also handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. If you are buying for someone with an allergy, check the pack and ask us before ordering. It is your responsibility to confirm a product is suitable for its intended use.
Use of the site
The content, photographs, text and design of flavormart.in belong to Flavormart and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access parts of it you are not authorised to use.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
