Privacy policy
What Flavormart collects when you use flavormart.in, why, and what we do not do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your cart. Items you add are stored in your own browser. They are not sent to us until you choose to confirm an order.
- Order details. When you confirm on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, the order list and any delivery address you give us.
- Contact details. Anything you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Basic usage data. Standard server and analytics information — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — used to understand what the site needs to do better.
What we do with it
We use it to fulfil and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to keep records required for tax and accounting, and to improve the site. Nothing more.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not send marketing messages to a number that has only ever been used to place an order, unless you have asked us to.
Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete an order: our delivery and courier partners, our payment and banking providers, and WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the order conversation under its own privacy terms. Our hosting and analytics providers process technical data on our behalf.
Payments
No payment is taken on this website. Card and bank details are never entered into flavormart.in and are never stored by us.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to function — keeping your cart between pages, and anonymous analytics. You can clear or block these in your browser; the cart is the only feature that will stop working.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries that do not become orders are cleared once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@flavormart.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
