Mint is a versatile & warming herb with a herb with a refreshing, sweet flavour. Mint powder is prepared from dried mint leaves. Mint powder is sweet in taste with a strong lemony flavor.  It is commonly used as a kitchen-spice, an ingredient of chutneys/ foods/ drinks.

Uses :

• Mint powder are used in few dishes like mint-coriander chutney, rasam, sambar, meat, fish, poultry items and biryanis.

• Try adding dried mint leaves to curries, casseroles and stews or using them as a rub for racks of lamb.
